Tire pressure monitor system on my 2018 Chevy Traverse quit working. Brian, service manager, took our reservation and brought the vehicle right in for repair. The service crew repaired the system in a timely manner and did an overall safety and system check on the vehicle. Vehicle was returned in a timely manner and all seems to be working well. Giving 4 starts because Cameron at the service counter was wonderful. However, when i got my suburban back, the front floormats were covered in what looked like black oily dirt. The technicians must have been walking on really dirty floors and then tracking that into my suburban.

The team at Fredericksburg Chevrolet GMC were outstanding. I was at the dealership Service Dept first thing in the morning because the previous day the Check Engine light kept lighting up and I had driven only 80 miles of my trip from Austin, TX to Arizona. So I stayed the night in Fredericksburg hoping to have the problem fixed as soon as possible. They took the car in right away and after a couple hours told me there was a problem in the turbocharger, that they would need to locate and get the necessary part, and the replacement job would at least 5 hours of work. Also informed me that there was an extended warranty from Chevrolet for this specific problem but they would have to first get a confirmation from Chevrolet before they could be sure the cost would be covered under the warranty. I asked them to go ahead with the job, hoping that I wouldn't be stranded in Fredericksburg for more than a couple of days. The part was rushed over from San Antonio, the techs went to work, and the service consultant, Gary, came to the waiting room to update me every couple hours on the status of the repair. Every staff member who walked by the waiting area greeted me and offered refreshments. Around lunchtime I received a couple of offers of a ride to go get lunch. I chatted with several gentlemen in the showroom about the latest model of my car, and they offered me a test ride, then a test drive, knowing that I wasn't interested in buying a car at that time. There was no pressure whatever, just gracious and informative conversations about the vehicle. And by 6pm my car was fixed and I was on my way! I am extremely grateful for the tremendous effort everyone put into getting my car on the road the same day, and for the friendly greetings and courtesy from everyone passing by, as I sat in the waiting room.

The service was good, the only problem is that when they called me to offer me the service the consultant told me the price was $79.99 but when I paid the bill the total was $99.99 + tax. Everything went extremely well and on time. The service writer called me with the issues and told me he had to order parts and when they should be in. My air conditioner was not blowing cold and when I turned my car off something was still running under the hood. I called the service department, talked to Gary, he gave me a quick 'best guess' over the phone and suggested I get it towed to the dealership because he figured it was over heating and driving it might cause additional damage or worse. He gave me the phone number to call for a tow. Sure enough, his suspicion was accurate and he was very good to keep me informed as to what was going on and when it was ready for pick up. The service was extremely good, friendly and very quick. I would totally recommend!

everything good but I took my 5 year old car in for an oil change with 50,000 miles. This is apparently when brake oil, transmissions fluid and filters need to be changed. It would have been nice to know this up front so all the service work could have been done at once instead of having to take my car back in a second time.

Some one damaged the running board on my vehicle and it was making a loud now as it was not able tom fully retract and extend. I stopped by Fredericksburg GMC to see what could be done to make it drivable. Brian and. one of the mechanics immediately dropped what they were doing and were able to discern it was a quick fix. I left it with them to make a Dr appt and in less than 2 hours they had it repaired and I was on my way with only a small bill. Thank so much to Brian and the crew to make my day.

Cameron is awesome! He saw me pulling in, waived at me, grabbed his clipboard and met me at my door, with a handshake, as I exited. My oil change was fast and I left feeling like all my concerns were addressed. When my truck was done Cameron walk me around and offered some advice about things that could be done on my next visit. This dealership, Cameron specifically, is not only professional it I feel like he fosters a good relationship. I’ve been using your dealership for 4 years for service. Frankly, it’s never been a positive experience. Poor communication, lack luster staff with an I-don’t-care attitude and poor vibe. I just bought a new truck and thought I’d give y’all a try again. Yesterday was like a new dealership! My service writer was sharp, friendly, and on top of it. The service was done very quickly and I assume properly. There was a constant string of texts keeping me up to date on the progress. The only item for improvement is that they used to wash the vehicle (not very well), which was a. I’ve added touch. Yesterday, they did not. The whole vibe of the dealership was much improved yesterday. Thank you.

The service was very friendly and helpful. Once I got my vehicle back there was oil marks everywhere the mechanic touched my tahoe(hood and door). Gary Lewis has been really great. He has kept me updated every step of the way through a challenging case with my vehicle. Cameron is always pleasant when I call or stop by. Omar is the technician and I was able to visit with him for a bit and he made me feel really good about the work he is doing on my Yukon. At 80,000 miles the 2018 Buick Enclave needed service and new brakes, front and rear.
